Due to that, the App is treating him as a totally different person than the one who shares the same name as him until now. In this state, he wields the power of the World Representative of the many smaller worlds including Lumia Kanaloa contained in the sea land world. He is always accompanied by many of his family members, ruling those who have fallen to the same depths he has, and takes the utmost joy in dragging people to the bottom of desires. He laughs more depraved than any other, speaks in a vulgar manner, and makes delighting in wickedness his motto. Tangaroa Infinity works to erode Tokyo in order to drag others to the same filth he fell to. He has fulfilled the activation condition to use his power as World Pillar by supplementing himself with someone else's power. It has already fused Tangaroa to the point it is difficult to separate the two, and it has encroached upon his personality. It has the power to drag all things to the same depths he is in to stain them in filth. The more corrupt he is the stronger he comes, and he can infect people also caught in his tentacles with the filth. And the more people there are to drag down with him, the more he can show his original power that was hidden away. However, if his tentacles can't touch something, then he can't do anything to them, which makes someone who lets no one near him his greatest enemy.
